Hello, new to the forum and having a 1974 914 2.0! Am searching for any recommendations for an aftermarket exhaust system as well as a great shop to perform some work in the Seattle area?

Cheers!
Dr. 914
the best system is the factory look original style muffler. Best sound best performance. Bursch is the alternative, cheaper deeper noise, more performance at the top end less at the bottom end off the line.

Thank you for the reply and recommendations. I'll research Bursch as it seems to be a few different choices. Have read they rust fairly easy, perhaps have it repainted? Ceramic coated?

Yes, have used Chris' German many times, good guys, great shop.
