Guys, I have the Elephant Racing polybronze bushings in my car. How often should these bearings be greased?

'bout every 5 miles......
no, just kidding. Once a year if only a few 1000 miles or every 6 months if you drive in the rain. Grease is cheap.

Waterproof grease, twice a year is a good idea.

Rich: what the hell you up to? Waterproof grease, will go to my FLAPS tomorrow. Can't remember the last time I had a car with zerks for gease.

I recommend greasing at least every 5k miles for street cars. Most customers just give them a squirt when doing an oil change, provided that it at least every 5k miles it works as a great reminder.
Track cars should be greased much more often. Every 10 track days or so is good.
Use a good quality moly based grease. I use Valvoline, but it's not magic. Any quality brand will be fine.
