Guys, I have the Elephant Racing polybronze bushings in my car. How often should these bearings be greased?
Bleyseng
'bout every 5 miles......

no, just kidding. Once a year if only a few 1000 miles or every 6 months if you drive in the rain. Grease is cheap.

Thanks Geoff. Will shoot some grease on them this weekend.

Waterproof grease, twice a year is a good idea.

I recommend greasing at least every 5k miles for street cars. Most customers just give them a squirt when doing an oil change, provided that it at least every 5k miles it works as a great reminder.

Track cars should be greased much more often. Every 10 track days or so is good.

Use a good quality moly based grease. I use Valvoline, but it's not magic. Any quality brand will be fine.
