I would want those anchor bolts to thread into a cast in place reciever. Just using an expansion bolt will hollow out the hole over time and the fit will be sloppy. The concrete will slowly be eaten away and the holes will enlarge. Just my $.02...

Looks great! I did find it interesting that he has this sweet garage and lift and is using hand tools to remove the lug nuts and an I-Beam Torque Wrench for torquing the wheels...

He may not have a compressor powerful enough to operate air tools. I-beam torque wrench used properly can be very accurate. My $.02.

Both "click" and "dial" torque wrenches require calibration that most users NEVER do since it's not evident when it's out of spec. The "beam" style only takes a quick glance to see if it's starting at "0" and rarely, if ever, is inaccurate due to metal fatigue. I use one. Love it. If ya have both, you can check your "clicker". Try it... you may be surprised...
There is another plus side.... it's one fifth of the price.

I think by using the torque wrench he was demonstrating the stability of the lift.

I like it. Since I will be losing my shop space (and nice two post lift, sniff sniff) soon I have been thinking about a midrise lift for the home garage. I like this setup since it can be moved out of the way.

I agree with Paul. That would be a major concern for me.
