Great Site... normally a very fast lay out. Mix of asphalt and very grippy concrete.

Joy and I are planning to be there one of the two days... MAYBE two days. Not sure if w ewill run in or out of our run group (we run for fun anyway).

So is anyone planning to attend?

Thanks for posting about it, I'm suprised they're doing it twice this year at Mather, thats awesome! I might have to go by, I have a track event on the 3rd so we'll see...

Sounds interesting! I hope to race 1-2x this weekend, either this, LPR at Marina, or both
Steve - what class is your 914 in SCCA? XP? Fun?

Steve doesn't want to weigh his car which he would have in order do to honestly pick a class.......then he might have to tell the truth when someone asks......easier to say "I dunno". lol3.gif

As you know - PCA National and Zone 7/GGR rules do not state any weight limits. I have been running under this framework since 1980. Since I only run SCCA on a rare occasion when it's close (Mather is 20 minutes away) - I see no reason to do something that is not required. screwy.gif In addition I just simply do not take this that seriously. Show up... drive as fast as you can with what you have, have fun and go home. thumb3d.gif

If you wanna look at results from the 1st Mather event this year - you will see that I got classed at DP. As for this weekend I will probably run FUN because I want to run in the morning and go home (Prepareds run in the PM). jsharp.gif

The cool part is that SCCA allows passengers over 13 and Sabrina (15) will be able to get to ride with Joy and I and get a feel for what this is like. shocked[1].gif
