yeah - my car was published in an Austrian society magazine, called "Tirolerin" they wrote an article about oldtimers in Tirol and picked out 3 cars and their owners from Tirol - not really exciting, only one photo (my teener and me) and the most importand data of the car ... this was back in June 2002 here's a larger version of the photo (the one in the magazine was just about 2" x 3" ... My '74 2.0 was prominently featured in a 7 page full color 914 article in the January 2000 issue of European Car. It was also in Paternie's How to Restore and Modify 914. My 911SC has been in the Performance Products catalog for years. The red SC with the silver aftermarket air box cover. I didn't use the cover, but my car was the model. Here it is.(IMG: http://content.performanceproducts.com/main/109852/109852_200_1.jpg)

QUOTE (Dan (Almaden Valley) @ Jan 9 2007, 09:14 PM) this must be the famous #4s owner....back to spread more good feelings.
why bother?
must be a slow evening Hey Dan, "Swapped" appears to be a legitimate member of the 914 community and not involved with the #4 prototype. There was some confusion on the direction of this thread, however the above mentioned calendar appears to be legit. -Britain
