Ok got the relay board out jiggled relays and fuel pump fired right up. Going over all contacts clean and spread gaps on pins. Of course the board is weathered and needs some TLC specially the bottom of the board..dry and brittle with cracks in the tar.
What is a good way to reseal the tar ? Thought about Henry's black patch in the tube.
