Hello everyone. I have recently purchased my first 914 . It is a 1973 with the 1.7l converted to dual Webers. I'm pretty excited to dig into it and plan on starting on it this weekend. Once I do get into the tear down I will start a build thread. Thanks in advance for all the questions that I may have.

Good for you!

Just a little advice
Don't tow it backwards,
They are not meant to be towed that way.

Hope you made it home with it safely

The 914s are worth the effort.

If the car is on a full trailer and the weight is correct why would it matter the direction of the car unless the problem is in getting it on the trailer?
