Watched this last night on YouTube.

Produced by Castrol it starred Dan Gurney as the winning driver and Count Carel Godin deBeaufort as a top six finisher, Jo Bonnier as a DNF, Baron Huschke Von Hanstein as the team manager and a supporting cast that included Jim Clark (my fave actor in a race), Graham Hill, Mike Spence, Bruce McLaren, Maurice Trintingnant, Innis Ireland and Ritchie Ginther as the guy who almost catches the leaders despite having a dead engine when the green flag is dropped. Phil Hill plays the part of the reigning world champion Ferrari driver whose car is strike bound in Modena and leads an extra cast of 80,000 playing spectators for the on-location shoot on the picturesque, rural roads outside Rouen, FR.
