that's good to hear ... i did a tour of 914 owners garages with ray last week and i still can't feel my toes.
on a different note. i am done with my winter project. new bearings, bushings. ball joints, turbo tie rods, rotors in the front end, caliper rebuilds ,pedal cluster. now to wait for a warm day to put them back in the car (alone i'm sure)
can't wait to finally sit in my garage and wonder why it won't start

Hey Ray, if you want I could advertise this at work and probably get a few of the aircooled VW's guys to come out to sell their stuff too. It's up to you, I think that we need some type of flyer for this event IMO.

Once we get a date and place we'll do it up.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)
I'd like to see getting a permit for a parking lot. Just curious what region would be best? Nothern Jersey I could do more planning. Central or Southern, someone else would have to take the helm.

I'll start asking around for Northern locations and find out details.
Unless someone has a lead on some other place with built in benefits....

I can't think of any places around me that we could openly do it, unless its a parking lot at a Park or something but then you would have to go through the city and im not sure that would pan out.

....it's called paper work....permits....kind of like a car show that takes place at the town pool parking lot. they happen all the time....at least around by me.
