I am replacing the fuel lines on my '76 and it is missing the clip that holds the engine bay plastic fuel lines to the sheet metal at the top of the plastic lines. The lower of the 2 clips is there but not the upper one that I want to clip the new stainless steel lines to. I am sure the originals are not available. Is there a source for a clip that can replace it. Thanks for any help.

if you mean the one with the plastic peg in the middle it has been discontinued by Porsche. If you mean the ones on the back firewall for the rubber lines we have those in stock. I would go by a local auto parts store and look for a similar item as the holder with the peg is a commonly made part but not necessarily in the 7mm size

It is the one with the peg in the middle. I looked in our local Pepboys for a similar one but did not find it. I will try another parts store today. Thanks for your help Doc as always.
