Rich (HPH) doesn't have much of a web presence, but I'm always amazed by what he has in stock. Just yesterday, Grant and I were looking for a Ginther-style windscreen. I figured I'd have to wait 2 weeks to have something fabbed and shipped. NOPE -- Rich had it in stock!

Geoff - HPH is the lost mecca of 914 parts. 3 floors, each 2-4k sq feet, stocked with new and used parts. Piles of straight suspension parts, wheels of all makes, and NIB Porsche items. Rich had a NEW windshield/targa seal to sell me for $250 over a month after most folks had given up on this part. There was talk of WCC07 including a tour of the HPH facility - this would be worth the trip to CA alone. HPH is not always the least expensive place, but after all, they are Porsche parts not VW parts! (IMG:http://www.914club.com/bbs2/style_emoticons/default/smilie_flagge24.gif)

I am pleased to see it finally happen and hope it pays off big time for Rich. A real good guy! I hope Rich posts more often and shares some of that 914 knowledge.

Yep, I have been to HPH and checked it out. :notworthy:

Rich has always come through for me. He has everything including some of the light weight parts I couldn't find anywhere.

Rich is top notch. He always takes time to stop what he is doing to help me out and it's a rare instance when he doesnt have a part that I'm looking for. He has always offered great advice as well. His selection of rare 914 parts is outstanding.

Rich, thanks for providing many of the "go-fast" parts over these past few years.

Rich and HPH, a winning combination!!! Can't mention how many parts, from suspension package, to small parts like the little knurled nob on top of the relay box in the engine compartment that Rich was willing and able to track down for me. :notworthy:

Maybe I'll go there tomorrow and report back. The place is amazing. It is hard to believe. It is had to explain until you see it. And a little scary too.

I have a new guy for Tiggr; Eric at Suspension Performance. He's across the street from Tony on Old Middlefield Way. He's a Lotus guy, but good at lots of stuff, and a fine motorcycle rider too.

Hi everyone! Long time no talk! I am always so busy at the shop, between repairing and servicing Porsche's and selling parts around the world. Email me at hphporsche@aol.com, anytime you need a 914 part, new or used, and I'll do my best to find it for you. You should definitely come by for a tour, if you haven't been, Millions of used parts, and Thousands of new and NOS 914 parts!

Thanks, Rich Bontempi
